terms and conditions

1- If a student does not attend a confirmed class, their wallet money will be returned. 
2- If a teacher does not attend a confirmed class, the student will be contacted and the amount will be transferred to their bank account or their wallet money will be returned.
3- The class will be canceled if the student or teacher is late for more than 15 minutes. 
4- If the teacher is late for class but provided the required explanation to the student, the teacher will be contacted regarding the delay, and the class fee will not be refunded to the student.
